If, despite our keen eye and best efforts, your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, we are here to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide a photo of the concern. We will offer a repair, replacement, or a store credit, depending on the situation. Our aim is to keep you feeling peaceful, valued, and supported.

Once we receive the item in its original, unworn condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to find its way back to you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
